Rules and Regulation

Introduction
CSS Forum is an open online community for CSS and PMS aspirants in Pakistan. The purpose of this platform is to facilitate peer learning, knowledge-sharing, and guidance for competitive exams. To maintain a respectful, constructive, and professional environment, all members must follow these rules and regulations.

1. General Conduct

• Members must treat each other with respect, courtesy, and tolerance at all times.

• Abusive, offensive, or discriminatory language (based on religion, ethnicity, gender, or personal beliefs) will not be tolerated.

• Personal attacks, harassment, trolling, and spamming are strictly prohibited.

2. Registration and User Accounts

• Each member is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or a permanent ban.

• Members are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• Any misuse of accounts will result in disciplinary action, including permanent removal.

3. Posting Guidelines

• Posts must be relevant to CSS/PMS preparation, general knowledge, and exam-related discussions.

• Avoid posting false information; always share authentic, credible, and verified content.

• Posts should maintain a professional tone. Informal chatting should be limited to designated sections.

• Avoid duplicate threads; use the search function before posting new topics.

4. Academic Integrity

• Members are encouraged to share notes, solved past papers, and learning materials.

• Plagiarism is not allowed. Always give credit to original sources.

• Sharing of pirated books, illegal PDFs, or copyrighted material without permission is prohibited.

5. Moderation and Administration

• Moderators have the authority to edit, move, or delete posts that violate forum rules.

• Any disputes with moderators should be addressed privately through the support email (support@cssforum.net).

• Repeated violations may lead to temporary suspension or permanent banning from the forum.

6. Prohibited Content

• Hate speech, extremist material, and politically motivated propaganda are strictly banned.

• Advertising, self-promotion, or selling products without admin approval is not allowed.

• Sharing personal contact details (phone numbers, addresses, etc.) publicly is discouraged for privacy reasons.

7. Privacy and Security

• Members should not share personal or confidential information publicly.

• CSS Forum is not responsible for any misuse of information shared voluntarily by members.

• Private messages (PMs) must not be shared publicly without the consent of the sender.

8. Examination Ethics

• Discussions about CSS/PMS exams should be limited to preparation and guidance.

• Sharing or soliciting leaked exam papers or unfair means is strictly prohibited.

• Encouraging unethical practices will result in permanent banning.

9. Reporting Violations

• Members are encouraged to report any inappropriate content or behavior to moderators.

• Use the “Report” button on posts or contact via email: support@cssforum.net.

10. Amendments

• The management of CSS Forum reserves the right to update or amend these rules at any time.

• Members will be informed of significant changes via announcements on the forum.

 By registering and participating in CSS Forum, all members agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
